The goal was to edit a publication that looked to the city of Rio de Janeiro as an attentive observer, willing to go through urban and human landscapes with the delicate help of Leonel Brayner’s canvases. In the book, the design captivates the reader by zooming in rich elements of the visual narrative of the canvases, details for approximate appreciation. Along with Heloísa Seixas’s words, the images coexist with a careful typographic work that runs through the pages as part of a landscape to be admired.
