The proposal was to develop a graphic theme that was able to preserve the autonomy of each of the author’s books, while also giving a sense of collection to the whole, all to meet the rigid standards of Alfaguara book covers. The fragmented and experimental language of the author inspired the use of his name and the fragmentation of the images as the graphic resource that synthesizes the dense, claustrophobic, and paranoid atmosphere of his books.
