The Olympic Games exhibition was an initiative of the Brazilian Olympic Committee. Starting in São Paulo in 2013, the exhibition traveled around several cities in Brazil. It tells a bit about the history of Olympism and the Games through the evolution of torches, medals, mascots, uniforms, and ceremonies, based on the collection of the Olympic Museum of Lausanne. The starting point for the project was the purpose to “rejuvenate” the Olympism public in Brazil, telling this tradition-filled history in a young, dynamic, and attractive way.
